Oliver Lang grew up in Romania. After giving up a promising career as a vet he decided to do what he really wanted to do bake! Oliver learnt his trade from an early age working as a baker and a patissier in Vienna in Austria. He came to Australia in (2000) and the rest, as they say, is history.
At Oliver's Bakehouse we continue our European baking traditions here in Australia, offering a range of breads and cakes using traditional ingredients and techniques. We specialise particularly in alternative grains, particularly spelt, and take care to minimise the use of additives and preservatives.
