Hosting Olwen from BackChat Speech Pathology who has over 20yrs experience for a one day workshop
Olwen has extensive pediatric experience across all areas of early development – Speech, Language, Autistic Spectrum Disorders (including Aspergers Syndrome), and working with children with Behaviour-Executive Function or Memory-based learning issues. She has a passionate interest in Neuroscience – the science of the brain and how it works.  Olwen will share her experiences working with (and parenting) COMPLEX KIDS. This includes, kids with:

• Learning challenges
• Energy, drive and defiance
• More significant behavioural symptoms
• Severe Working Memory challenges impacting on language skills, motor planning and reading acquisition
