The Bayside Spring Festival\u2019s Sunday program will run at George Clayton Park, Manly, with a Volkswagen car show, performances, stalls, rides and family activities.<\/p>\n

The program runs on Sunday 13 September 2026, 10am to 4pm. The day includes the Volkswagen Drivers Club of Queensland\u2019s 40th annual car show, local dance and community performances, live music, community stalls, food trucks, amusement rides, jumping castles, face painting and a petting zoo.<\/p>\n

The Wynnum Manly Spring Parade began in 1916 as the Wynnum Ambulance Spring Parade, a fundraiser for the local ambulance service. More than a century later it has grown into one of the district’s defining community events, and it still carries a good deal of local heritage with it. The Wynnum Manly Historical Society records and celebrates that history, keeping the tradition alive for each new generation.<\/p>\n
