Adjoins Bayside Park EASTWOOD BEACH This beach was named in acknowledgement of the efforts of Rotarian Les Eastwood who early recognised the possibility of establishing such a facility on this site and whose later feasibility trials confirmed the practicality of the project. His vision inspired the Rotary Club of Wynnum and Manly to proceed with the development of this community amenity in 1981 – 1982.
